2025 Returning Staff
If you are here, we are assuming you back for another summer and are thrilled to have you! Take a couple minutes to read this page and please:
Confirm when your awards expire, you need a current NL, SI, and SFA-C to work. This is your responsibility.
Fill Out the rehire form CLICK HERE or find a link at the bottom of this page.
Update your Direct Deposit form if you have changed your bank account or other personal info. Find the form below.
Update your Tax Forms (TD1 and TD1BC). If you do not submit 2025 TD1 and TD1BC forms you will be taxed at the basic tax rates.
Other Notes:
It’s tax season and your T4 is available in your Payworks account (where you receive your digital biweekly paystubs).
The main Tide’s Out Inservice is scheduled for Sunday, June 15th.

Payroll Information
Direct Deposit Form
If you are a new staff member or a returning staff member and have changed your bank or your bank account you must print off and fill out the above Payroll/Direct Deposit Form. Please bring a hard copy to the in-service. If you are working before then please contact Mitch to arrange how to collect. Please do not email completed forms for security reasons.
If you have not changed your bank or bank account number, but have changed your email, or address you do not need to fill out the whole form, just the portions that have changed as well as your name.
Tax Forms
Please fill out the 2025 TD1 and 2025 TD1BC if you do not want to be taxed at the standard tax rate with basic deductions. If you are filling these out, please print them off and bring a hard copy to the in-service or arrange with Mitch where to drop them off if you are working before then. Please do not email completed forms for security reasons.
2025 Wages
$21.40 - Lifeguard Instructor
$23.76 - Senior Lifeguard/Relief Senior Lifeguard
$26.82 - Head Lifeguard
*Plus 4% vacation pay and an average days pay plus 1.5x holiday pay for qualified staff on Statutory Holidays.
